I decided to wait until the second order to see what kind of consistency they have . When praise is earned I feel it should be given . I ask on a Facebook group about someone that prints figures . Bryan responded that night and after a couple emails I placed my order . I have purchased items off EBay and Etsy that ended up in the garbage . The prints Bryan sent me were top notch . It’s refreshing to do business with someone in the states that cares about customer service and making sure the customers are well informed about progress and satisfaction . Laser Tek Creations are not a hit and run outfit only for the sale but long term customer satisfaction . I will be a returning customer for sure .
My husband and I really enjoying the figures that we have purchased. The quality is amazing. He has not painted this yet but he's looking forward to it. Again, we think the world of this company and the customer service and communication is awesome.
